You have 7 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to initiate a return.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags must be attached and original packaging included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please Note:

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final sale merchandise
  • Personalized items
  • Perishable goods or treats
  • Pet apparel or accessories that show signs of wear or use

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.


Gifts from a registry

Received a gift through your Fetch & Fifth registry? We’re happy to help.

Gift Return Options:

1. Store Credit
  • Exchange your gift for a store credit equal to the retail value at time of purchase. No receipt required—just the name on the registry or the gift giver’s name.
2. Product Swap
  • Exchange your gift for any item of equal or greater value (just pay the difference at checkout).
3. Refund to Giver
  • Prefer a refund? We can credit the original payment method with proof of purchase.

Gift returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Refunds
  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
